But iirc they don't appear in the WoL so check the Spirit Board if you want to try it with them. It's imo the best way to approach this battle. I beat him twice with Ridley. All I did mii brawler world of light beat the small Bowser without taking damage, then using fireballs and Ridley's command grab to keep him away. If all fire balls hit, they do around 30%, and his command grab keeps him off-stage and also does quite a bit of damage. I also found that the Runner skill is pretty good for it.
